Hi guys,



I’m going away from 16th December to 6th February so I'm subletting my room in our five-bed house share in Hackney/Clapton for £700 per month / £161 per week. Move in date is flexible but preferably from around 1st Jan.

You’ll be living with Laurence, Manon, Ellie and Maddie. We each work full-time in film, fashion and with animals. We keep busy during the week, but like to catch-up over dinner, a drink or a movie when we can.



House:

The house is a split-level terrace with a kitchen, two bathrooms and a spacious living room. We have a washing machine and tumble dryer.



Area:

The house is located on a residential street, just off Chatsworth Road. It’s a 10-minute walk to the centre of Hackney, where you’ll find a number of shops including a large Tesco and M&S. There are some fantastic cafes, restaurants, and pubs in the area. The house is within walking distance of Hackney Downs, London Fields and Hackney Downs and Victoria park.



Transport:

The area is well connected. The closest stations are Homerton (15 min walk), Hackney Central (16 min walk) or Hackney Downs overground (18 min walk). The house is also well connected by bus. The 242, 106, 253, 38, 55, 254, 425, 488 buses serve Shoreditch, Oxford Street, Kings Cross & Liverpool Street.
