Double Room Available in Lower Clapton

Hi everyone,

We’re looking for someone to fill a room in our four-bedroom all female house share (five members including our cat).

The house is located in Lower Clapton, with 3 stations close by, Homerton, Clapton, and Hackney Central station - all within ~ 15 minute walk. There’s lots of buses close by going to Finsbury Park, Stratford, Central London and the area has generally really good transport links. The place is also close to multiple parks, markets, shops, and cafes.

The room is nicely furnished, with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, and shelves.

The house is a four bed house, with 2 bathrooms and an additional separate toilet, and a shared kitchen/living room space. There is a small garden in the back.

Currently, there are three women in the house aged 26-31 and we’re ideally looking for woman around this age bracket. We are a combination of 9-5 hybrid work, and freelancers in the house.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly, clean, respectful, queer-friendly, and cat-friendly.

The rent is £700, bills not included but they average around to ~£70 a month and we’re in Council Band C.

Tenancy would begin on the 1st January, 2026.

Requirements per our landlord:
- UK guarantor (who is a homeowner or has £50k plus income)
- £800 deposit
