Large Lower Clapton Flat

One bedroom for let in a 2b flat. This is a 12-month lease takeover beginning February 10 as I have been offered a spot at grad school and want to move to be nearer campus. The rent is £1075 a month, bills are £94 each. You will be living with Maya, a styling/production student at a UAL. There is a large patio terrace that wraps around around a portion of the flat. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. It’s a lovely neighborhood near a lot of grocery stores, pubs, parks, and shops. We get a lot of natural light and the living room is street facing which is nice to look out onto and the bedroom faces the patio and lower neighbors backyard so it is quiet. This is a top floor flat so no one above you!
