Cozy Double Room in Clapton House Share

Hello!! I'm sadly moving out beginning of February and looking for someone to take my room. The room will be available February 8th.

The house: We're seven people in our mid-20s to late-30s from the UK, Australia, and Spain. The house is spacious and we never feel like we're too many. It's a really friendly and sociable house. There are plenty of pub trips and late nights in the garden in front of the fire but all lead our own lives too. There is a shared living room, two bathrooms, a large kitchen/dining room (2 hobs/2 sinks), basement for storage and a garden with BBQ and wood burner. We have a weekly cleaner that comes too.

The room: a double room on the ground floor of a Victorian house on a quiet, leafy street in Lower Clapton, just off Chatsworth Road. The room is a really good size and comes with a bed, desk and dresser. Though on the ground floor, it is potentially the quietest room in the house :)

Location: We are next to Millfields Park, just off Chatsworth Road, with the canal, Hackney Marshes and Olympic Park within a short walk. Around 15-20 minute walk to Hackney Central, Dalston and Stoke Newington. There are lots of bus routes, and Clapton, Homerton & Hackney overground stations are all within a 10-20 minute walk. From there you can also connect to the underground. Plenty of pubs nearby too of course 🍻
