Gorgeous en-suite double in Clapton

We've got a fantastic large double bedroom opening up in our friendly, home. Our current housemate is moving out, so we're looking for an equally great person to join us.
We are three working professionals who keep things pretty chilled, but we really value a very tidy and respectful housemate so looking for someone who really is very tidy. If you're easygoing and neat, you'll fit right in!

The house is currently home to three professionals:

• Julia (43, Operations Manager)
• Carol (36, Fashion)
Our landlady, Abbie (41, Garden Designer), lives in the basement flat with her dog, Jarvis (8), and her 15-month-old son, so she's always close by.
The Small Print
The rent is minus bills. They are pro-rata but usually work out to about £300 per person per calendar month (pcm), which includes Council Tax (Band F). We also split the cost of a weekly cleaner, which is an easy £65 per person per month—totally worth it for a consistently clean house!
