Room available in amazing Clapton house!

** Contract start date 21st Feb but room available to move in anytime between now and then! **

Hello!! We (Laura, Justin and Jamie) are looking for another fabulous person to join our 3 bedroom house in Clapton. We treat our house as a home and not just a place to sleep so we’d like someone who wants to be part of a collaborative environment, not just ships in the night!
We are all sociable, friendly, clean and respectful and the dynamic works really well. We love throwing a dinner party, watching some shit tv, a craft night or going to the pub. Karaoke may also occasionally be on the cards. We’re v relaxed about having friends over but definitely not a mad party house.

We’re all tidy, proactive around the house and considerate of living in a shared space and want our new housemate/s to be the same.

Laura is a TA in a school, Justin is an engineer who works on site and Jamie is a PA who works from home. We have lots of space to work from home and would love someone who works from home a few days a week, but this isn’t a dealbreaker!
The house is spacious and bright but cozy and full of plants (always keen for more). We have a big living room with a dining table and a separate kitchen with a dining table, one full bathroom and another separate loo.

We are a 7 min walk from Clapton station or a 10 min walk from Rectory Road. We are in between Stoke Newington/Homerton so have loads of pubs/cafes/small supermarkets around.

The room is furnished with a bed, bedside table, built in wardrobe and shelves.

Our landlord is v relaxed and we have a lovely cleaner who usually comes once/twice a month.
