Looking for a unique, calm place to live? I’m offering a 45-foot boat set up as a cozy, stationary home perfect for someone who appreciates simplicity, off-grid living, and a slower pace of life.

The boat is moored and not intended to be moved (the engine is currently not working), but it’s fully set up as a comfortable living space.

Inside you’ll find:

Comfortable living room area with a chimenea / wood burner

Small kitchen with gas cooker

Compost toilet
Sleeping space for two people

Solar panel powering a 12V system (car cigarette-lighter adapter needed for charging phones/laptops)

There is an emergency shower onboard. Please note the water tank is limited, so this space is best suited to someone who showers at the gym or workplace.

Due to the boat’s layout, it’s best suited to someone around 180cm or under.

This is a great fit for someone who values minimalist, self-sufficient living and enjoys a quiet, unconventional home.
