Room Available in Clapton Warehouse

Hi! We are looking for a new flatmate to fill a room in our warehouse in Clapton from February 15 (if you want to move a bit earlier we can arrange that too).

There are six people living in the warehouse, ages ranging between 23-33. We also have a beautiful cat aged 13! We have two bathrooms and a spacious living room. The room doesn’t have a window but it does have a skylight so you still get natural light coming in. It also comes with the bed and you can decorate it however you’d like!

The deposit is £900 (which can be used to pay last month’s rent as it is a rolling contract) and the rent is £900 and it includes all bills as well as a cleaner that comes every week to clean the communal areas.

The property is on the first floor, there is no lift, only stairs so it isn’t wheelchair accessible. But no references or checks necessary.

We’re looking for a social person who enjoys the community aspects of a warehouse, as we sometimes have dinners, chill and play games together. We are looking for someone who is clean, a professional (who doesn’t work from home every day of the week) and preferably within the age range of people who already live here.
