Double room sublet e5

Hi everyone,

I’m subletting my room in Clapton from 18th Feb - 18th March

The room itself is a bright good size double with balcony access and a view over the marshes.

The flat is on the top floor and has an amazing balcony that spans the 2 outside edges. There’s also a big communal roof terrace on our floor (with views of the city). The flat is lovely, airy and modern with a large living room/kitchen area. It’s in a quiet location - right next to the river lea, the marshes and Millfields park. It’s less than 10 min walk to Clapton overground station and there’s loads of buses you can catch from Upper Clapton road.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Jess 30 who is a Knitwear designer and Ricardo 36 is a ln illustrator.

The house is very chilled, clean and respectful and would love someone who is on the same wave length.
The boring but very important stuff…
Dates are 18th Feb - 18th March but may have a bit of flex by a day or so if needed.
