Sunny Clapton room in lovely home

Hello!!
I am very sadly leaving this house and looking for a friendly, respectful and chill person to take over my lease. The room is £800 per month plus bills which vary between £80-100 per month depending on the season. The room is available from the 14th of Feb but there is some flexibility here if needed! This is a female household so unfortunately only available to female and non-binary applicants 🫶🫶🫶

About the flat:
The flat has 4 rooms, a massive garden and a big kitchen. The kitchen is the main hub of the house and has a big stove and oven, lots of storage and shared equipment. We have a big bathroom with a bathtub and really good shower, as well as a seperate toilet. There’s lots of storage space for suitcases and other random stuff in the house too.
We all contribute to cleaning and the house is kept in really nice clean condition. This is pretty important xxxxxx

About the homies:
You will be sharing with 3 other fabulous housemates. Claudia (32) works as a creative and in DEI. Emily (22) is a journalist and keen runner. Liza (26) works is an artist and works in schools. All together they make a really lovely supportive and inclusive unit. Everyone works hybrid so there is always someone around for a cup of tea but we aim to keep the house pretty quite during working hours.

About the room:
The room is located on the second floor of the flat. It has gorg high ceilings and gets lots of sun during the day time all year round. There is a double bed with lots of storage underneath, some shelves, a mirror and space for drawers or clothing hanging depending on how you arrange it/ prefer. There is a set of drawers with built in desk there at the moment which is available to buy for £40 if you would like it :)))
