Double Room

Our housemate has left the abode as she’s bought a house which means we’re now looking for someone to join us in our modern 3 bedroom flat!

The flat itself is steps away from Clapton Station. Meaning in two short stops you’ll be gliding into Liverpool Street. All local amenities are also within arms reach.

We’re back on the hunt for a new housemate to live with us in Clapton.
The flat is a modern 3 bedder boasting an open plan living/ dining/ kitchen, small secluded garden with bicycle storage, a large shared bathroom with an extra separate toilet.

The Room: an unfurnished double room- with plenty of extra storage in a hallway closet, if required.

You’ll be sharing with Steph who is a 33 yo Australian, who has lived in London for 1.5 years and works in the NHS. She loves to travel, the outdoors, a pint at the pub, and can often be found out catching live music.

Brendan is 31 hailing from Ireland and works in media. He’s heavily into music, films, is a drummer in band (dw he does not play at home), and is very social and super friendly.

We’re both very easy going and get along well. We love to watch a movie in the evenings, often eat dinner together and accidentally fall in to the local pub for a pint. We also respect each other’s space when needed and keep the place clean & tidy. LGBTQ+ friendly

The landlord is private and super chill, has been very relaxed with us finding a new flatmate

Monthly rent is £1070, Bills £120 a month
Deposit £1250
