2 rooms available in a big Stoke Newington house

We have two great rooms available in our lovely 4-bedroom house in Stoke Newington, just moments from Church Street and Clissold Park. The house is perfectly located between Rectory Road and Clapton Overground stations, making it ideal for commuting while still being surrounded by amazing local cafés, pubs and green space.

The house itself is spacious and welcoming, with an open-plan living and dining area, a private courtyard, and a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher). It’s a relaxed, tidy home rather than a party house.

You’ll be living with two friendly, easy-going guys (27 and 30) who both work full-time.

Room 1: A really generous double room with beautiful morning light and plenty of space for a desk, perfect if you work from home.

Room 2: Slightly smaller but still a great-sized double, featuring lovely large windows with warm afternoon light and a built-in wardrobe for extra storage.

Both rooms are bright, comfortable and ready to make your own.
