I’m sadly moving out of my room in a lovely 5-bed house in Clapton E5, and I’m looking for someone to take over my room. Message me for more photos!! X

– Size: Double room 3.81m x 3.22m, 3m tall ceilings, huge window french doors!
– Unfurnished (but will be leaving the desk for free that fits perfectly in the wall nook!)
– A bright room with plenty of natural light helped by the tall window french doors / quiet / private access to the garden / beautiful art deco fireplace
– Available from: 23rd Feb

The Home:
– You’ll be moving in with 5 other wonderful afab’s, 2 of which are a couple sharing one room so cheaper rent/bills all round! All working professionals: one in the art and sculpture sector, two in set and costume design, and two aussies in hospitality. Very chill and wholesome vibes, love connecting and cooking together, playing basketball together, or lil gallery day trips when schedules suit.
– 1 bathroom with bath/shower, 1 separate toilet upstairs, 1 extra toilet downstairs
– Shared kitchen/dining/living room
– Dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of storage, gorgeous garden with lots of light
