Cozy Creative Clapton Haven

Hello little angels! I am subletting my room for the remainder of my lease (ending April 29), as I'm starting my masters in Beaconsfield at the start of March, and as such have to LEAVE HACKNEY. This room and this flat mean the world to me. I wrote my first feature film in 6 months at this little corner desk, and have had countless unforgettable nights both cozy and rowdy within these walls.
A bit about the flat: It's 3 stories, and has 2 full bathrooms. I've attached a few photos of the sincerely massive mainspace (everyone will comment on how nice and large it is when they come over to hang out, and tbh that feels nice). You'll share a bathroom (pictured) with a big 'ol lovely tub with Hannah, a therapist who lives one story above. The bathroom is right outside of your bedroom, so it's kinda ensuite vibes at times. Both flatmates, Tom and Hannah, are 5 days a week in office and are wonderful, chill and tidy.
It's right in Upper Clapton, sorta right on top of Crooked Billet and a 6 min walk to Clapton overground station, about the same to the canal. 20 minutes on foot to Stoke Newington or Hackney Downs, even shorter by bus, I'm just a New Yorker so I be stepppppping.
I included pictures of both how I outfitted the room (green duvet) and how the previous tenant did, so you can see it's something of a choose your own adventure. I provided a good bit of the furniture/wall hangings/etc. and am happy to negotiate a bundle deal for whoever takes over my sweet and precious room, or can just take my crap with me! Whatever makes your life easier.
