Cute Clapton 3 month sublet

victorian house on residential street in clapton. we have lovely pub the sovereign on the corner. you can walk to clapton or rectory road overground within 5-10 mins. 10 min cycle to hackney central. 10 min cycle to hackney wick saunas along canal.

I am away travelling after quitting my job so looking to sublet room for 3 months.

the room is big double with desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe. the room is west facing (i think!) so gets the afternoon and evening sun.

you’ll be living with three lovely girls : liv, fran & liv, who work in architecture, government and studying literature masters.

the house is social and we enjoy hanging out to watch a movie, have the occasional dinner or go pub together.

we would like someone clean and tidy who is respectful of the house (this is our home), who is up for a chin wag but aware of other people’s space.

forgot to mention we have amazing bathroom great if u love a good bathe ;)
