Cute double room in beautiful Clapton flat

We are looking for a professional, laid back woman in her 30s to join our maisonette flat in Clapton! You’d be living with 2 other women, one who works full time in campaigning and the other a freelancer/ DJ. Ideally would love someone clean, friendly and down for a chat but in support of chill time too! The room is unfurnished. We also have a living room/ kitchen/ toilet and bathroom that are all shared alongside a gorgeous big terrace. The rent is £850 plus bills which amount to about £170 + we pay for water and every 6 months. Just for reference the deposit is £1038 but spare room would not allow us to it that in.
