Veggie house share room in Clapton

Hi!

We have a room available from around the 20th of March - flexible date as still to be confirmed with the current tenant, and some painting needs to be done after.

We don’t have photos of the room at the moment as the current tenant is still here, but we are happy to run room viewings in the meantime.
I can guarantee the room is good sized and the window faces our garden. Furniture to be arranged with the current tenant as she might want to leave some behind.

This is a veggie/vegan houseshare ONLY and majority of us have been living here anywhere from 5 to 15 years, so a pretty solid place :)

We are 5 in total and there’s no living room, however, we all manage to live together very well and for that reason it’s fundamental that we find the right person to move in. No pets & parties (exception for summer garden parties every now and then ehe). We are social between us but keep ourselves to ourselves mostly - guests are not a problem but consideration is expected.

Some of us are queer, we are all into music (mostly alt/heavy stufff), work full time and have very laid back personalities.

Bills are around £70 per month and we would like someone to stay long term.

Overall, a steal for this area and a really good house to live.
