We have a bright, spacious double unfurnished room available in our lovely Victorian house in Clapton for 2 months from the start of April. It’s the largest bedroom in the house, with high ceilings, garden and big double glazing windows in Clapton E5 overlooking Millfields Park.
Start date: 1st April (approx. - with some small flexibility, please enquire).
Move out date: 30th May
The Room:
Rent: £850.00 per month including bills for 2x months.
Unfurnished room (flexible with leaving some furniture for the 2 months if needed)
Large bay windows and wooden floorboards.

High ceilings and large windows with loads of natural light
Spacious enough for a desk/work area as well as a bed and storage
Quiet, private and bright with lovely views over the park
The House:
A relaxed, friendly home shared with creative working professionals in queer household, across set design, art and hospitality. It’s a sociable house but not a party house — we love cooking together, the occasional pub trip or gallery visit, but everyone also has their own space.

1 bathroom with bath/shower +2x toilets
Sunny garden perfect in the summer
Location:
The house is on Lea Bridge Road in Clapton, directly opposite Millfields Park and close to loads of great spots.
1 minute walk to bus stops
Around 10 minutes to Clapton Overground
Easy access to Hackney Central, Dalston, Liverpool Street and Stratford
Close to the cafes, bakeries and market on Chatsworth Road
Hackney Marshes and the River Lea canal nearby for walks and runs
About You:
We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful and easygoing who is happy living in a social but calm household. Ideally someone who is 28+, a working professional, sociable, respectful and happy with a friendly, queer, fabulous household.
