Double room at clapton(looking for flatmate at E5

Hi!

We're looking for a new flatmate to join our little crew in our lovely house just across from Millfields Park in Lower Clapton, E5 9RB.

There are four of us a UX designer, a software developer from Australia, a fashion designer from Ukraine, and someone who sells organic food (basically our in-house health guru from Greece). We're all in our late 20s to early 30s, easy-going, and genuinely nice to live with. The house has a good vibe and we'd love to keep it that way.

The location is hard to beat. You're literally across the road from Millfields Park, five minutes from Chatsworth Road with all its cafes and restaurants, five minutes from Lea Valley Ice Centre if you're into the gym, and about ten minutes on foot to Clapton Overground.

Rent is £850 all in — bills included, plus a weekly clean of the communal areas, so no faff with splitting utilities.

Room is available from 28th March.
