The flat has recently been refurbished, so all new appliances. It has a lovely patio area, large living / dinning room, kitchen, separate loo and bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Council Tax bracket C.

All rooms are unfurnished, so we’ll be able to start from scratch and make the flat our own!

The flat is in Upper Clapton, just off Northwold Road, 5 min walk to Clapton overground, 15 min walk to Church Street, Hackney Downs etc. Lots of nice pubs, parks around! Everything Hackney has to offer right on the doorstep.

You’ll be sharing with Sophie and Beth (both 29). We’ve been friends for over 10 years, we both grew up in Hackney so know the area very well. Sophie works in the live music industry (so you can count on her for the odd free gig!) and Beth works in buying. We’re very sociable, love a trip to the pub or park in the summer, the odd cocktail at Tipsy bar, but we also value our downtime and personal space.

We’re looking for a girl in their late 20s / early 30s, who wants to be part of a fun, friendly but chilled house. Someone who’s down to watch a cheeky episode of MAFS, but also independent and has their own thing going on.
