We have a spacious double room with an en-suite available in a 2-floor, 3-bed flat 2 mins away from Chatsworth Road!!

About the house:

- Quiet residential street, 2mins from Chatsworth Road. Close to Mare Street, Homerton & Hackney Central stations.

- Newly renovated interior with a private garden for BBQs and sunbathing (when the sun finally makes an appearance haha!!!)

- Spacious kitchen and living space with all integrated mod cons. The kitchen and living room also opens up onto a private courtyard separate to the private garden.

About the room:

- Ample built-in wardrobe space.
- Double glazed bay windows that are south facing.
- Private en-suite bathroom.
- Separate bathroom for the house which incl. a bathtub.
- The room is technically unfurnished but with built in wardrobes. However, the room can come with a bed frame, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk for a significantly reduced additional cost if needed!

Housemates:

- I’m (Fi) moving out after 5 glorious years :(
- Molly is 30 and works in hospitality around the corner.
- Krissy, 28, works as an account manager in tech and works from home 3 days a week.
- They are fun, outgoing and want to live with someone who adds to the great vibe of the house, but also cherishes their own space!

About you:

- Mid-20/30s + working professional.
- Someone who’s friendly and contributes to the good social vibes of the house which includes a glass of wine or a movie!
- We want someone who also wants to make our house a home!

Rent/ Avail date:

- The bedroom is £1200 per month.
- Move in date ASAP but we are very flexible if you need the room earlier or later!
- Bills around £110ish each but they go waaaayyyy down in summer (last summer we were paying about 60 quid!!) It’s energy efficient with controlled heat temperature and timings.
