We have two bright rooms available in our large terraced house in the heart of Clapton, Hackney. Three minutes from Hackney Marshes, the canal, and Chatsworth Road - one of East London's best strips for independent cafés, restaurants, and shops.

The area rewards having a bike, and buses are on hand too, 15 mins walk to Hackney Central/Homerton/Clapton Overground. You're well-placed for everything Hackney has to offer.

The house itself is spacious and well set-up: large shared lounge and kitchen, a garden, separate shower and bath, and loos on both floors.

**The rooms:**
**Room 1** - Large, bright room. Furnished option available (double bed and clothes rail, £150). Shelving included. £783/month, £540 deposit.

**Room 2** - Mid-sized, west-facing window overlooking gardens. Furnished. £754.50/month, £400 deposit.

All bills included - internet and council tax too.

**The house:**
We're three professionals from Czechia, Italy and Germany. We like to socialise over a drink or dinner, listen to music, and generally enjoy each other's company - but this is not a party house. Tidy, respectful, mixed gender and sexuality household. We respect each other and give each other space while co-living.

**We're looking for:**
Someone friendly, clean, and easy to live with. This is a home, not a short-term let - we want someone who's genuinely looking to settle in. Subletting while travelling is fine to discuss down the line. Large number of possessions is not suitable due the lack of storage in the house.

**No couples. No short-term stays.**
