Very large double room in Clapton house

Hello!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our spacious Clapton house, moving in from the 8th July.
The Room:
A lovely, really large double on the first floor with overlooking the garden - it gets gorgeous morning light. It's furnished with a double bed and we have a few spare bits of furniture in the large garage out the back that can be used if needed :)

The House:
Large living room, dining room, kitchen (with 2 sinks and 2 ovens), upstairs bathroom* (inc bathtub), downstairs bathroom.
*This would be your main bathroom, and you'd only be sharing it with one other person (female).

Garden:
There is a cute paved back garden with table and chairs and also access to a double garage at the rear of the garden for storage purposes.

Housemates:
1 girl, 2 guys - all in our early/mid 30s. Everyone works Mon-Fri, 9-5 a mix of remote and in office. We’re a super lovely, friendly bunch. We each do our own thing though, so whether you'd like to join in or keep to yourself, you'll always feel at home.

Ideally looking for a female tenant to keep the balance, but can be flexible for the right person!

10 min walk to Tesco 🛒
3 min walk to Hackney Downs Park 🌳
