it is small don’t get me wrong, but it’s good value for money. lots of natural light, and it’s a quiet and safe area of hackney. all existing housemates are respectful and tidy. landlord is pretty chill as well. you also get a wardrobe in the hallway. forgive me for what i’ve done to my space by putting the mattress on the floor but you must admit its a wonder everything fits. im moving out because i want a bigger room but anybody with a reasonable amount of possessions wont find this an issue. im really gonna miss this place and all of its cuteness.

council tax is £41 a month and bills usually around £50.
