Double Room in Upper Clapton

We have one very large double room and one double room available in our lovely home in Upper Clapton / Stokey. Looking out on to our quiet street, both rooms have a marble fireplace, wooden floors and sash windows,

Our home is spread over 4 floors with 2.5 bathrooms, a massive double lounge and a huge open kitchen/dining area. the bathroom has a shower/bath and is shared with one person.

The kitchen has bi-folding doors that open to the garden which is amazing for summer BBQ days. Our garden definitely needs a bit of love, so anyone who's up for a bit of gardening is very much welcome!

Between us we are into going to the cinema, techno, dancing, rock climbing, cycling, art, music, yoga & various movement practises, cooking, gigs, travel/the pub and all the other standard London stuff people do.

We are looking for sociable people to join the house, who really want a home and not just a room to sleep in. Especially keen to hear from techno and music lovers!

Sadly we can't have couples in one room due to the contract we have in place, but pets are welcome!

We're very LGBTQIA+ friendly and you'd be sharing with one vegan and one mostly vegetarian, but you can cook whatever you want, just so long as you are lovely and friendly :)
