Double Room in Upper Clapton

We have a very large south-facing double room available in our lovely home in Upper Clapton / Stokey. Looking out on to our quiet street. it's got a marble fireplace, wooden floors and two large sash windows. High ceilings and crown moulding. It's a gorgeous room.

Our home is spread over 4 floors with 2.5 bathrooms, a massive double lounge and a huge open kitchen/dining area. both bathrooms have a shower/bath and is shared with one person.

The kitchen has bi-folding doors that open to the garden which is amazing for summer BBQ days. Our garden definitely needs a bit of love, so anyone who's up for a bit of gardening is very much welcome!

Between us we are into going to the cinema, techno, dancing, festivals, rock climbing, cycling, art, music, yoga & various movement practises, cooking, gigs, travel/the pub and all the other standard London stuff people do.

We are looking for sociable people to join the house, who really want a home and not just a room to sleep in.

Sadly we can't have couples in one room due to the contract we have in place, but pets are welcome!

We're very LGBTQIA+ friendly and you'd be sharing with one vegan and one mostly vegetarian, but you can cook whatever you want, just so long as you are lovely and friendly :)

We are keen to have a kind, community minded person, who takes responsibility for their share of the cleaning. everyone says theyre clean, but if you aren't there will be hell to pay. This is a joke, but it's also the truth ;)
