Double Room in Homerton from 16th July

Hey! We’ve got a double room going in our 3-bed house just off Chatsworth Road in Homerton from 16th July (flexible so can push move in date to 1st August).

It’s a really nice spot, big living room and a sunny roof terrace (south-facing so it gets sun all day). We have a shared desk in the living room if you’d like to wfh a couple days week. House is on a quiet street but literally a minute from all the cafés, pubs, shops and the Sunday market. Homerton Overground is about 7 mins walk and there’s loads of parks around too.

You’d be moving in with me and my flatmate Allison at first. She’s off end of August, so from September it’ll just be me in the house long-term and we’ll be looking for a third person then too, so if you’ve got any mates interested let me know!

I’m an architect, pretty easy going, and I’m into being outdoors a lot, running and cycling. Would be good to live with someone who’s sociable and friendly but more just looking for someone sound who’s easy to live with.
