A calm, characterful private room in a creative warehouse space in Clapton, Hackney.

The immediate area has an industrial East London feel, surrounded by other warehouse spaces, but you’re very close to the canal, Walthamstow Marshes, Springfield Park, great pubs, Chatsworth Road Market, Castle Cinema and easy links to Liverpool Street.

Clapton Station is around a 12-minute walk away, with Liverpool Street roughly 20 minutes from there. Hackney Wick is also within easy reach, and the area has a lovely mix of nature, neighbourhood places and creative East London energy.

We’re a friendly, calm and easy-going household. This isn’t a party house, so the room would best suit someone mature, considerate and independent — ideally 30+.

Female preferred, simply because the house is currently two men and we’d like to create a bit more balance in the home. We’re sociable and warm, but also very respectful of each other’s space, so it would suit someone who wants a relaxed, comfortable place to live rather than just a room.
