Small double room in Clapton

We’re a 3-bedroom flat in Clapton with a small double room available to rent.

The flat is on a quiet road and has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a shared living room and kitchen area, plus a lovely garden. The space is very green and full of plants, which gives it a calm and cosy feel.

We’re looking for a tidy female flatmate who ideally works from the office, as the room is on the smaller side and better suited to someone without too many belongings. We enjoy spending time together as a flat but also really respect each other’s personal space, so we’d love to find someone with a similar mindset.

I also have 3 cats, one of whom is disabled, so it’s important for us to find someone who genuinely loves cats.
