We are looking for a lovely new tenant to fill a room in a beautiful three bedroom flat in Clapton on Fletching Road, from the 20th of August.

You will be sharing with Tabea and Rosa. Tabea is a chef and Rosa is a full-time musician.

The bright, airy kitchen / dining room is very spacious and perfect for sharing meals with friends. It has a balcony that leads to a beautiful private garden with a patio and wild bluebells, perfect for summertime relaxation. We also have a cosy living room with a sofa and TV. The flat has two bathrooms: one shower room and one small extra toilet room.

The location couldn't be better: 10 minute walk from Clapton overground, a 15 minute walk from Homerton, and a 15 minute walk from Hackney Central. The flat overlooks Millfields Park, and many of East London's finest green spaces (Hackney Downs, London Fields and Hackney Marshes) are easily accessible. Chatsworth Road and its wealth of independent shops, cafes and trendy bars is round the corner, too!
