August One Room Sublet in Clapton Hackney

Hello my housemate will be away for a month in August so we're subletting her room for the month. Dates are flexible!
Our flat is a two bedroom on the top floor of a victorian house and it's across two floors within the flat itself.
Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom and your bedroom will be on the top floor which means you have more privacy. I can send you more photos or video call or in person visits possibe
You'll be sharing the flat with Helene 🙂
Rent is £1000/ month or 300/week
All bills included.
