Clapton Sublet / Long Term Let Available

Connected to The Overground, 13 minutes to Liverpool Street. 5 minute walk to Clapton Station.

We’re open to:
• Short-term sublets
• Longer stays through September
• Or potentially until Christmas (with the possibility of extending for the right person).

A lovely double room in our beautifully decorated Clifton apartment, sharing a spacious bathroom with one other room.

You’ll be living with a friendly Irish creative couple. We’re clean, relaxed and respectful of everyone’s space. We love making the flat feel like home, but equally everyone does their own thing.

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Clean and tidy
• Easy-going and considerate
• A non-smoker/non-vaper
• Happy living in a calm, peaceful home

It would be ideal for someone on an internship, Erasmus, a temporary work placement, moving to London, or anyone looking for a comfortable base for a few weeks or months.

One small thing to note: I work from the living room during the day around 3–4 weekdays (usually finishing by 5pm), so if you work from home we’d just ask that you work from your room during those hours. Outside of that, the flat is yours to enjoy and we really want whoever moves in to feel at home.
