Double room to rent in 2 bed property in Clapton

We are looking for one flatmate to take over my room from the beginning of September.
It's a lovely bright and light 1st floor flat in Clapton.
The room is a double and comes with a bed/mattress and wardrobe.
The sitting room and kitchen is fully furnished.
We are ideally looking for someone for a longer term lease (6 months and over).
We like to chill and relax during the week and are out and about at the weekends.
Ideally looking for someone who is on a similar vibe.
The rent includes bills and service charge for the property.
Laura currently works from home 2/3 days a week so ideally someone who has a hybrid working set up and not 100% work from home.
Parking is available via permit on the street through the Council.
