A beautiful room in a 3 bedroom flat over looking the river Lee in milfields park in Clapton.

Living with 2 long term tenants (info below) rented directly from a private landlord who looks after us well (I know, unicorn!)

The flat is 3 bedrooms split over 2 floors with a balcony directly accessing the park, a large open plan kitchen / dining / living area, downstairs toilet and one bedroom on the ground floor.
2 bedrooms (one en suite) and a main bathroom upstairs.

You will share the main bathroom with 1 other and there’s plenty of storage.

The bedroom is a good size and includes a double bed, large wardrobe and small chest of draws. There’s plenty of room for additional furniture.

It’s a great flat, a complete bargain and a lush area, I’ve lived here for over 3 years and am only leaving as I’m buying a place.

The girls have lived in the flat for a long time so it’s really well furnished for the communal areas.

Meet the girls:

Allie is a 32 year old Aussie who has been in London for 6 years and lived in the flat for almost 5 years.
She owns a yoga studio and also works as a model so is on the go a lot. When she’s home she’s usually cooking or baking something, watching crime docs on Netflix, out for a run or at the pub with mates. She loves a dinner party and any excuse to escape the city for a holiday 🫶🏻

Maria is a 30 year old professional working in tech. She’s lived here for about 10 years, and in the flat for nearly 7! Maria will be working from home often but she’s got plenty of space upstairs in her own room, where she spends most of the time. She loves travelling, boxing which she does regularly, cooking and hosting dinners, or just relaxing and pottering about the house. She is super relaxed and friendly.

We’re working on a date in the first half of August for viewings, there will be no flexibility for other dates due to busy lives and holidays (my flat purchase is actually going through sooner than expected so the girls are scrambling to help me with the new dates).

The girls are looking for a long term female tenant who will treat the flat as a home and be clean and respectful and just live in a lovely environment.

The boring bit - you will need to prove your right to rent, (passport and proof of employment). Also you will pay the deposit directly to me as you will be taking over my part in the deposit protection scheme. The flat is fully compliant with all the new legislation which came in earlier this year.
