I am subletting my light, airy and spacious room in upper clapton from 7th - 23rd August. You will be sharing with three lovely housemates, two girls one boy, all working in the creative industries. The house is a great balance of respect for personal space and a good friendly vibe. Sometimes dinners or pub trips.
I was honestly surprised by how nice the area is. Clapton overground is 5 min walk away and that area has all the amenities. The real draw is the canal, walthamstow marshes, and the lovely Anchor and Hope pub 5 mins in the other direction. Its quiet, friendly, safe.
Rent will be £24/night inclusive of bills (UNHEARD OF in London). If you are only looking for a place for some of that time, or perhaps a little longer than those dates, still get in touch. I can be flexible! Peace and love, Rory x
