Lovely Bright Room Available in Clapton

**Room paid for until 21st of Sept. Move in from 6th Sept!**

Hello!! We are looking for another fabulous person/couple to take on our massive room to live with Grace and Jamie in our 3 bedroom house in Clapton. We all treat our house as a home and not just a place to sleep so we’d like to find someone who wants to be part of a collaborative environment, not just ships in the night!

Everyone is sociable, friendly, clean and respectful and the dynamic works really well. We love throwing a dinner party, finding a swimming spot, watching some shit tv or going to the pub. Karaoke may also occasionally be on the cards. Everyone is v relaxed about having friends over but definitely not a mad party house.

Everyone’s tidy, proactive around the house and considerate of living in a shared space and want our replacement housemate/s to be the same.

Grace works in UX design and Jamie is a PA. They both work from home all week but there is loads of space for you to work from home (bedroom, living room or kitchen).
The house is spacious and bright but cozy and full of plants (always keen for more). We have a big living room with a dining table and a separate kitchen with a dining table, one full bathroom and another separate loo.
The house is a 7 min walk from Clapton station or a 10 min walk from Rectory Road station. We are in between Stoke Newington/Homerton so have loads of pubs/cafes/small supermarkets around.

The room is furnished with a bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and shelves - but our landlord is v relaxed and happy to take out furniture if you wanted to bring your own.

We have a lovely cleaner who usually comes once/twice a month. There’s also space to store a bike inside.
