Boys wanted: 2 rooms (one temp one permt) in lovel

Two rooms available - one small, cosy bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and bedside table (temp/permanent - one with blue bedcover in photo) and one lovely room with big window and fireplace, wardrobe, double bed and desk (temp sub-let Jun & July - one with white bed in photo) in a shared 5-bed home in Clapton. Both are around £450 + bills so about £500 a month - v. cheap for the area!

House has open plan kitchen/living room area where we socialise, have dinners and enjoy wine & music together of an evening with whoever's in. (Can see in photos - by the way - there's an xmas tree in the pic... this is obviously no longer up... altho it is still outside the house waiting to be er... recycled.... old photos - imagine w/out xmas tree!) We have a range of jobs which we juggle around from environmental research & sustainability marketing to teaching and writing and social/community development-type work. We like bikes and have quite a few in the hallway. We also have pet fish who have managed to stay alive for well over a year - (not sure how..) But fish and plant-friendly people especially welcome! (One of us is terrible at keeping plants alive... tho wishes she wasn't...) We also have a small back garden we would LOVE to turn into a leafy haven! So gardeners welcome too :) We are around quite a bit and friends come and go which makes the place quite lively at times, but we also like our down time and privacy as well - balance is good!

We'd prefer guys to live with us to even out the gender balance as we are losing our two guys (currently 3 girls and 2 guys), but would be open to laid back girls too. We're a pretty chilled out and laid back household ourselves with only a few loose agreements - smoking outside only & keep the place clean (tho we are a bit anti rotas...), etc. Generally we just pitch in as and when. We are also fairly communal about a lot of stuff - like essential food items, cooking, sharing stuff, buying toiletries etc - and this is an 'as and when' basis too - a bit like a family rather than a scheduled contract.. if that makes sense.. We'd also like someone who wants to be part of making this a home and hanging out a bit - although we all have our own lives too, and that's all good :)
