Lovely Person for Delightful Garden Flat

Hi there!

I'm Stella, a live-out landlady, and I'm looking for a lovely person to move into my delightful home. It's a pretty special place.

I adore the flat, especially the garden, but I moved back to Manchester to be with family, so I'm looking for someone to rent one of the two bedrooms. The room is available from early September.

The room is really big (long), with a Juliette balcony at the end, and with a view of lots of amazing trees - which I love waking up to.
And below you can see our garden, where there’s rhubarb, bamboo, Japanese maple, wisteria, apple trees, camelia, and lots of other things growing. So the room would suit someone who’s into having a lovely garden.

It comes with a top quality low superking bed, with excellent mattress. And at the front of the room there’s built-in hanging rail for clothes, and there’s lots of storage.

The room comes with BT Fibre optic broadband, excellent cleaner 3.5hours/wk.

We have an enormous sunny kitchen, which backs onto the garden, and which is the main hang out in the flat. I used to spend most of my time there, listening to music, cooking, and hanging out with friends.

I'm looking for a respectful, clean and tidy person, who would enjoy the home and look after it as I used to.

You’ll be sharing with a lovely girl called Anahita, who’s calm and clean and tidy.

We are a few minutes' walk from Springfield Park, and Walthamstow wetlands / Hackney Marshes / Hackney Wick. There's some great pubs along the water or close by (Princess of Wales, Crooked Billet, Clapton Hart). If you go far enough, you'll land at Victoria Park/London Fields/Broadway Market. And lots of great cafes and restaurants close by.

We’re also really close to some great fitness options - Blok London, Core Clapton, yoga body centre.

Clapton railway is 5 mins walk from the flat, and trains to Liverpool Street take 13mins. There's lots of buses to take you to Manor House (Piccadilly line) or Finsbury Park (Victoria Line).
