Sunny Double Room in Friendly Clapton Flatshare

We have one bright double room available in our flat share in Clapton. The room is mid-size but it comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, draws, and shelves and an air conditioning unit for all these heat waves! Plainly painted whiteand blue walls, weird colour carpet, two windows and of course all furniture is ikea. The mattress is fairly new and can be included for £80.

The flat has four bedrooms downstairs, a small bathroom with shower and then upstairs a kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher)/living area and bathroom with no shower but a bath! We do have small patio outside however it needs some cleaning currently. A cleaner comes twice a month to clean communal areas. There is space for a bike outside, and the street has no permits so if you have a car it can be parked nearby!

Currently living here are the lovely Kat and Leif who work in catering (and are a couple!), James who works for an app firm and Mark who works for Topshop. Also living here is our lovely cat Oreo, who we all share responsibility for. He loves food more than anything.

We share plates/cooking things. We do occasionally cook a roast in the winter, or go to London Fields for a BBQ in the summer, even when it rains. If you know how to make good gucamole this is always appreciated. We have our own sets of friends to see etc. We would like someone who would like to join us in these things occasionally. Other interests including normal person stuff like pubs, craft beer, films, art galleries, theatre etc. We try and exercise by going to the gym, swimming and cycling.

The rent is £612.50 and with bills about £665.50 on top, paid on 1st of every month. The deposit is £862.83 paid to the previous tennant to secure the room. We are ideally looking for those who wish to stay long term, but are open to a short stay (3 months) as we need to fill a room ASAP. Move in can be from the 7th August.
