Double Room In Amazing 2 Bed Warehouse Conversion

My girlfriend and i are looking for someone to share this fantastic warehouse conversion flat just off Clapton Square nr Hackney Central. The well sized double room and wapping 1000s/ft of living space means this could be perfect for another couple (which would also work well for bills) however a single person would also be very welcome.

We are both creative people in our 30's. I work as a film and documentary maker and Eloise works for Warner Bros as a PA. We are very excited about the potential for this huge open plan space, such ideas as, pop up restaurant, film projection screenings and maybe even live music possibilities are things that have been discussed. We enjoy the occasional party/gathering, drinks with friends, cooking good food, playing guitar, watching films on projector, but also work very hard in our jobs so relaxed and quite times are also very important to us.
