Nice Flat with large terrace on the River Lea

Quiet flat with the river right outside the front door, living with two easy going males in their early 30's.

AJ works 9-5 in the city, commuting by bike. Aaron is a local maths teacher.

The flat's only a few years old so well kept, in a great location along the river, short walk from Clapton station and many bus routes. The marshes are just over the river and give a good country feel, with a nice pub on the river bank a couple of minutes walk away.

Initial contract is for a maximum of two months, though there is the possibility of it being renewed.

Unfortunately no pets allowed.
