3 Bedroom Apartment Clapton

We are 2 guys, 1 girl (plumber, electrician, PR manager) looking for a house mate to move in to the third room soon as possible.

The modern apartment is clean and airy, all freshly renovated with new carpets throughout, located on the ground floor of a new apartment block. Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen and lounge area, toilet and bedroom. Upstairs is a second bedroom, a bathroom with shower and another bedroom with an en suite, hence the available bedroom on the ground floor basically has its own toilet/ sink. The room has large windows so get a lot of natural light and comes unfurnished. There are 2 amazing balcony areas both upstairs and downstairs which are good for storing bikes, etc.

Located in Clapton, right next to North Mill Fields and the canal. The Co-op is 2 minutes walk away and Clapton station on Upper Clapton Road is 5 minutes walk. Transport connections are good -- plenty of buses and a direct overground train to Liverpool Street. There are lots of pubs and local supermarkets in the area -- Crooked Billet pub is at the top of the road for example.

We work during the week and tend to keep things pretty low-key on week nights. At the weekend we are usually out and about seeing friends or working. We are looking for someone (no couples) who is clean, tidy and reliable. Rent must be paid on time each month therefore we are looking for a full-time working professional.

The rent for the room is £550 per month.
