The room is clean and decorated neutrally and carpeted. Blinds are slatted wood. Very nice, clean bright bedroom.
Includes double bed (optional), wardrobes and a bedside chest of drawers. Plenty of space for a large desk should you wish to bring one.
In addition to this there is a large bright lounge/diner, lovely bathroom (bath has jacuzzi jets) and kitchen (all neutral, modern, new decor with laminate floorings throughout).
The garden is absolutely HUGE by London standards especially. It's 40ft in total size, L-shaped that basically hugs the side of the flat.
I pay all the bills. The only thing I ask is a contribution to things we all use; washing up liquid, loo roll, cleaning products and things (and if utility usage is beyond a reasonable amount). I do have some basic (standard) house rules in the interest of fairness (re chores e. g. taking turns for the cleaning of the common areas.) and to keep the intergrity of the place. Nothing weird, just the usual common sense stuff.

NOTE: NO SHORT LETS CONSIDERED. I have allowed these in the past but apart from inconvenience of having to do this all again so soon after the last time, it also means a constant stream of strangers and it's very unsettling.
