Lovely park facing flat close to Clapton station

Hi all,

This new built apartment consists of 3 bedrooms ,ca 900 sqf, of which only two rooms are being used as bedrooms so the third can be used for storage plus plenty of additional storage across the flat. There is a large living room and a balcony facing Millfields Park. From the balcony you have nice view onto the park and enough space to chill and bbq. The bathroom was recently refurbished and contains a large bathtub as well as a shower cabin.

You can get to Clapton train station within 5 minutes walking distance and from there you are in 10 minutes in Liverpool Street or in 3 minutes in Hackney Downs.

I'm the only flatmate you have to share the flat with. To speak a bit about myself, i'm german and have been living in london for c. 7 years. I would consider myself pretty laid back,
like running and a fairly healthy lifestyle but also don't mind a few beers in the pub or the occasional night out .
