Spacious bright double room in friendly house

Hello there.
We are looking for a new flatmate to move into our friendly and creative home.

It's a lovely spacious and creative flat in Clapton with high ceilings and lots of light.

You'll be sharing with a children's book illustrator and a marketing director who's very much into spoken poetry and improv.

We are looking for someone that wants a home, someone friendly and with a sense of humour.

The room is good size with lots of light and comes with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house was unfurnished when we moved in, so you’ll need a bed. If you have your own, great. Otherwise you can buy my double bed for £130 (which is brand new (bought in July) and has hardly been used).

We still need to take photos of the room, will get them up soon but it's v similar to the rest of the flat, white walls, wood floor etc.

The bathroom is shared with the other two flatmates and come with a bathtub and shower. There's a brand new kitchen with washing machine and a big bright living room.

It's close to lots of lovely green spaces - Hackney Downs Park, Hackney Marshes, Lea Valley Park (good if you like horse riding or ice skating!)
Great pubs and shops- we have the best local pub ever (it persuaded us to live here!) The Clapton Hart check it out! Also there are other cool pubs (like The Crooked Billet) and there’s lots of little cafes and organic food shops, as well as Tesco.
Chatsworth market is is very close by and is a great place to hang out on a lazy weekend. It has creperies (yum!) and cool cafes and eateries.
Stoke Newington and Dalston are very cool and only 10/15 mins away by bus

5 min walk to Clapton train station (10 min journey to Liverpool St station)
10-15 minutes walk to both Hackney Central and Homerton overground stations
Very good bus connections that can get you almost anywhere, anytime in Central London : line 242, 38, 48, 56, 55
Short bus journey to Finsbury Park or Manor House for Piccadilly line
35/40 min relatively flat cycle into central London
