Short term let 1-3 months in beautifully decorated recently renovated one bed flat on quiet road in the hub of Lower Clapton.

An exceptionally light semi-basement with a back door opening up onto a lovely, quiet, south-facing, private patio. The kitchen is double length through to the lounge and the bathroom is unusually large with space to store washing or a bike. There is a washing machine and utility cupboard in the bathroom.

The flat is fully but simply furnished with kitchen equipment and crockery, toaster/kettle and microwave. The bedroom has a fairly new kingsize bed and plenty of clothes storage. Not suitable for pets. Smokers are welcome to smoke outside the property.

Bills + wifi are included. There is plenty of parking space near the property, parking permits are available via the council if required.

This is a short-term let for minimum 1 month to up to 3 months (ideal term closer to 3 months) within the period June/July/August as my current tenant needs to vacate for that period. The flat will be available empty of personal belongings but furnished with basics as above and so is appropriate for a shorter term contract.
