Two of us do the admin, maintenance and small repairs. We are the ones in contact with landlord, builders, plumbers, electrician etc, so you do not have to worry about any of that.

We are looking for a friendly, lively and tidy professional who connects with the dynamics and energy of the house.
We are all creative professionals living in a friendly-family environment for years and we would like to find someone like-minded to join team.
The kitchen is very spacious and also useful for hang outs, group dinners and celebrations. There’s also a separate living room for everyone to chill, watch films and party occasionally . The garden is pretty big, we use it to sunbathe, have bbqs and grow flowers, herbs and veg.
We all socialize quite a lot but we also love to have our own space and just be quiet when needed.
Looking for people who want to move in for a long term letting.
