****APOLOGIES (this part didn't copy and paste!!!) - The room is on a Lease! It's a 1 year lease with a 6 month Break-Clause. It's in a share house with 6 others, but 4 floors, 2 Kitchens 2 bathrooms! The house is with Homefinders!
