I'm moving out after over 4 years in this flat, it's been a pleasure! Really spacious living/kitchen area, nice sized room plus ensuite. Balconies out both the front and back, the back one is accessed from the room.
Right next to the Millfields park, Leyton Marshes and Lea canal so really green area but still close to get to Clapton/Hackney/Dalston. About an 8 min walk to Clapton station and gets to Liverpool Street in 10 mins on the train.
Friendly housemates and nice balance of sociability/privacy, clean and tidy. Both from creative backgrounds. They are after someone who is easy going, looks after the house and wants to have an occasional meal together.
Partly furnished or un-furnished in the room, to be discussed.
Bills are not included, approx £80 extra p/m - council tax, water, internet, electric. Through an agency on rolling contract, would just take my place on the contract. Not interested in short term. Couples fine but share of rent would be £850 p/m.
I'm flexible with the move, rent day is on the 10th so that would work, anything in December before Christmas would be fine.
