Hi everyone, we have a lovely, quiet double bedroom with wooden floor in our flat to go. Rent is £950 pcm all inclusive (council tax, electricity, gas, water rates), you will be sharing with two male professionals in the fields of music and design. Room is available for 6 months with the possibility to extend for another year. The flat is 5 mins walk from Clapton overground and 10 mins from Stoke Newington. There is a nice balcony, kitchen with modern appliances but no living room. To balance things up, we are looking for a female who doesn't mind living with two relaxed, considerate and tidy males.
