Really nice bathroom and shower you would share with 1 other person.

Surprisingly good transport connections if you use a Lime Bike - Stratford in 10 minutes, from there KX in 6 minutes, plus Homerton on the overground.

It is me (43 year old guy and a 37 year old house mate). It's a quiet house mainly set up for people to do their own thing, I keep the living room for myself.
